As a Board Member of Equity Advocates, Tida provides insight into municipal policies, local government affairs, economic development and healthy food retail policy. Tida currently serves as Government Affairs Director at Pilotworks, the nation's largest provider of on-demand commercial kitchens supporting food and beverage entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Pilotworks, Tida served as the Director of the Food Retail to Support Health Program (FRESH), incentivizing supermarket development in underserved NYC neighborhoods and driving programs to support small business success. Tida has worked in program management and policy advocacy at various nonprofit organizations, including Wholesome Wave, Natural Resources Defense Council and Urban Solutions (SF).
Tida holds an M.A. in Urban And Environmental Studies from Tufts University and B.A. in Sociology from Northeastern University.
